Definitely the best place to work. Best place I have worked anyway.
Good parts-
Good freight / good money / they leave you alone.
Bad parts-
Very little help from the front office. You figure everything out for yourself.
Agents-
I've been there 6 weeks now, and have 3 outstanding agents calling me directly with good freight, sometimes really good freight, and have to turn it down sometimes.
I've dealt with 10 agents now-
4 are outstanding. Just pro's through & through.
3 are very good.
1 was " Praise God on everything" and somewhat slimy from Florida.
1 was a gangster from Southern California and very slimy.
1 was scum of the earth drug addict female based out of Reno.
Good luck all. Be safe.
It is the best company without question. Wished I had 6 more trucks they'd never stop lol.

How much money do you make or plan on making say for the year ? How much will you report to IRS ? The reason I ask is because I was at LS several years and did not think the money was that good. I know haveing a truck you can basically not even worry about paying any taxes on personal income because of the truck write off for the first 3 years. Or do you actually making and reporting say $60,000+ and paying taxes on that.

No state taxes or FET. No balloon. 100% write off. No penalty for early payoff. If I didn't have to be home, even having to be home, I think I could pay the truck off around the first of the year.LilRedRidingHood, Another Canadian driver and csmith1281 Thank this. -
This I will tell you regarding agents. I've not seen any middle ground. Except maybe the dude from Florida
They are either consumate pros or dirtbags.
