Landstar starting vaccine requirements

Well they have to be doing something right. Having over 9k drivers I heard. I just can't get past that 35%. but as you said, What you actually make is what it comes down to.

 

I am not for a vaccine mandate as I think it should be a choice and my job not held to a requirement
I’m not on with LS and although I haven’t been against the shot I just hadn’t got one yet
Was planning to get it oct 3 before I took a month vacation

Long story short I ended up getting covid and admitted to the ER last week
Covid and covid pneumonia
It looks like I’m working my way out the door with out major issues so far but I’m sorta wishing I hadn’t be preoccupied before and just got the shot
Wife and son had it and no symptoms

Not sure what’s in the shot. Or anything else I eat or?? But if it would have kept me out of here it would be worth it

Getting one once I can after this but still strongly disagree that it should be a mandate
But it’s coming. No shot. No work is how I see the end game
Yeah. A slippery slope but it’s a big machine

 

LS does not require the shot.... anyone that saids they do is lying...

 

This mandate madness is crazy........kind of like motorcycle helmets

While I think anyone who rides without one is crazy, it isn't the governments position to REQUIRE me to wear one......same with the vax....I'm 73 and got it for my own reasons.....not because some nerd who changes his position as the wind blows tells me I have to.

Also the vaccine manufacturers are exempt from any wrong doing. Nope not part of social experiment.
