    Why does this place always have things broken or not working properly? TransFlo scanning hasn't worked the last 2 times I've been here. The showers have 5 people in line and a wait time of 473 minutes (I had to look at that twice). The credit card machine for the laundry room is out of order. Long drink straws are out of stock and still being replaced by icee straws. I should have known this place was going down hill when the ticket machines were broken and haven't been fixed in months.

    You know who has a working TripPak scanning machine, a working shower system and a laundry room that takes both credit cards and quarters? The Flying J across the street. I'm fed up with this TA and never staying there again.

    And so have you contacted TA's home office,,, I have had issuses at another of thier locations, posted my comments on that big social media web site, and the next day had things corrected in my favor. Posting on a page where they are not really watching, won't do any good. If no one complains to managment via a email , phone call, soical media, nothing ever gets fixed or taken care of.

    Absolutely correct! Go to the website and complain. I have complained to TA/Petro in the past and what I complained about was addressed.

    AND you get to pay for parking? What a deal!

    That's only an 8 hour wait. Sounds about right. I've never been there when there weren't a ton of guys with their bags pacing around waiting for a shower.
