I was thinking about him after I read the article. "Kill them, then put in the report they resisted arrest."

I went out there in September and the strip was an absolute freak show. A lot of wannabe ballers anxious for you to know THEY SMOKE WEED. Yeah, that was edgy in the 1970’s bud. It smelled like actual feces. Also, lots of able bodied folks driving handicap scooters.

It's getting worse where I am. Someone posted they saw a homeless guy yanking it out in the open the other day. Now, this is in what was a nice area, not a craphole like Venice. It isn't unusual to see some bum riding a bike while holding another bike next to him by the handlebars that he just stole. Constant vehicle break-ins. Anything that isn't nailed down is up for grabs, including anything on the porch. Not to mention the unsanitary conditions and used syringes near the camps. Most people hate them and want them gone.

    and this being America.

it's like being in a 3rd world country.

pretty soon, we will start seeing tv commercials where, "for only 39¢ a day, you can feed this family of 5 living in a tent under the highway, would you please give"??

    "call now, operators standing by"...

Yeah, I was joking. Most homeless are homeless because they don’t want to work. Not due to lack of opportunity. Not right now anyway in the economy of the last 4 yrs.

As far as people who do work, now getting 15/hr will make them want to just work less and do a poor job as you said. No incentive for anything.

I hadn’t been to Las Vegas in about 8 to 10 yrs now. It sounds really sad what’s happened. It’s been probably 13 yrs since I was in San Francisco. That sounds like an absolute cess pool now. Sad.

I say we just ship them off to some other country. It would be cheaper and it cleans up the neighborhood at the same time.
