    Smdh...

And I guess if he had walked over, the guard would have told him to go to back to his truck.

I wonder what they would say if you have a GPS timestamp with print out of location & time. Will they still dispute it?

Yeah that would be really annoying i had that happen to me i got there just after they'd closed the receiving dock with a hot load, i thank goodness only had to wait 2 days. makes me wonder when they do that to you why they need the product on that particular day if they can then turn around and say oh you've got to wait 5 days?

Take it to a food bank and eat the cost. It can't be that bad. Plus they will most likely reject it all. What is the product?

It's all about warehouse floor space. You're now part of the warehouse. Ever been to Hunts Point?

Just wow. I had an agent try to give me a load to Sysco with no appointment, assuring me it would be unloaded.
    LOL. F/U.
This is for a supposed Friday deliver no less.
I said I'll take it, if you can give me an appointment time.
Calls back, " How about Tuesday afternoon? "
I burst out laughing. Told you, dummy.

I didn't fool with it, but I also knew better.
There's a tiny grocery warehouse in Phoenix that fines people $200 if they are more than 15 minutes late, and you get unloaded last. It's near 35th Ave & Buckeye.

5 days. 4 pallets. Man, hope I never get that one.
I think I'd either give it to a foodbank, and get a huge tax deduction, or possibly snap, and the stuff would be in the driveway.
Either way, I'd find that broker.

Sysco Denver charges $100 an hour up to three hours($300). After, three hours it is $300 to reschedule the load.

I'm not sure now, it has changed names over the years. It's on Stateline Rd., west side of I55.

I swear I don't understand why people even bother with food. The lumpers make twice as much as we do.
    I have a picture of a KeHE receipt for over a $1,000.

That's a lot of lost revenue.
I run stepdeck and never was in this situation.
I had a driver deliver a load of roll roofing. He had a few rolls damaged from tightening the straps too much.

The receiver refused load. Instead of filing damage claim, I bought the load.
    Easy product to sell.
I was lucky truck was 30 miles from office.

    Can you buy the load?
Good luck. Let us know what your solution was.
