Major truck stops have cards that they issue. They're the same size as credit/debit cards. At some TS's, you get the card as soon as you sign up for it (Love's, Petro, for example); with others the card comes in the mail. You are given a "paper" card to use until you get the plastic card in the mail.

Fuel purchases of at least 50 will usually get you a free shower and a free drink. When you make the purchase at the fuel island, you first insert your company fuel card, then you get a prompt to slide your "rewards" card. The shower is automatically added to the card. Showers can also be added to your card at the fuel desk by the cashier. To redeem a shower, just go to a cashier, hand him/her your card and they will debit your card and give you a shower room number. Sometimes you have to wait for a shower room to become available. They'll call you over the intercom when it's your turn.

You could get some cards even before you go into training. If there's a major TS near you...give it a shot!

 

you're welcome tut and remember one thing not all trainers are created equal....some are good and will show you the ropes others are not so good and will barely show you how to drive properly let alone let you get a shower. I hope you get a good trainer, and the more you have an understanding of when you get out there the easier it will be for him to train you on the not so easy to figure out stuff!!!! I try lilbit I try *whines some more* My problem is I've saved some msgs from some time ago due to some "incidents" and i needed them in case of problems. So they take up most of my "closet".
