Anyone using this oil from Lubrication Engineers? Website claims "No other petroleum lubricating oil, regardless of price, will be found superior in condition to LE's 8800 at the end of any given period of use."
Shows to be long drain. 30,000 miles is what a local trucking company changes theirs at. That is how I was introduced to this oil. I have been running it for the last 6 oil changes and been changing filters at 15k and oil at 30k. Grant it, it is $26 a gallon but shows to have Monolec which is a wear-reducing additive. Salesman claims the additives are better than when I was doing running 9 gallons of rotella and a gallon of lucas in my c15 acert. Just wanted to see if anyone else is using this brand.

for some reason here lately ive been hearing alot of "there isnt anything wrong with running just some good
motor oil" when asking people about adding lucas to engine oil....
You thinking oil brand change may have something to do with what happened? -
No, Im just thinkin if I am going to go with LE or Rotella with the new motor from the getgo -
i stick to my philosiphy....oil is cheap.....run a good quality oil and change 10-15k miles.....yo....megadong
