Hi, i have one of these automatic tire inflation things on my trailer. I have replaced green "thru tee" but its still leakin around green plastic cap. When i remove Thru Tee and shut large hole air leaks out of those small gold pin holes. Does anyone have any experience with this system? What could it be. Thx

You need to replace the inner tube (I forget it's exact name) the part that the tee slides into, the nylon seal inside of it is wore out. If you look at the old tee you should see a grove wore into it where the seal ran. It's easy to change just remove the screws from the lense on the hubcap or remove the entire hubcap, it'll be a brass tube with a hex head in the center of the spindle. When you install the new one make sure there is thread sealant on the threads. It generally needs to be changed anytime the tee is changed.

Good morning. Yes, it does sound like your Stator Tube seal is leaking. This part, number 31314-21, can be bought anywhere you can buy Meritor Parts. If you need any reference on how to install it, please see the resources page on our website: http://www.psitireinflation.com/resources.
Happy to help if you have any more questions or issues. Jonathan.ColumbiaBoB Thanks this. -
