learning paper logs

Not being rude or anything but have you been on elogs before now. Also it's laid out pretty well on the front of the log book. My qualcomm went out a few times and I had to use them.

 

Ya buy a log book and just read the first two pages should cover it.

 

Knowing the HOS rules will go a long way.

Youll get it down with some practice.

 

Log it as it happens.

Every vertical line needs a flag or a bracket. Flag if the truck is in a new location, bracket if you haven't moved.

Under the flag write the activities you did (prr/post trip, fuel, etc)

Keep it neat - use a ruler, write small but legible.
