Not being rude or anything but have you been on elogs before now. Also it's laid out pretty well on the front of the log book. My qualcomm went out a few times and I had to use them.

Log it as it happens.
Every vertical line needs a flag or a bracket. Flag if the truck is in a new location, bracket if you haven't moved.
Under the flag write the activities you did (prr/post trip, fuel, etc)
Keep it neat - use a ruler, write small but legible.samton Thanks this. -
