Lease contract terminated because of a log violation?

You guys are not understanding, the system got switched. It is what it is. We got comfortable but they switched things without warning, I know I should have protected myself but I’m not saying I’m innocent. Now I will I wasn’t someone who just drove into the red because I didn’t need to. I always kept a student with me for the last year. I stayed having two clocks. So let’s not act like I’m just some guy who just violated, for some reason they just started cracking down. But I will tell you there was a situation that pissed me off. I had my hometime in 14 days in advance and I had my vacation booked and they had me run around to find an empty only to come up empty twice after driving almost 3 hours around the Charlotte area in rush hour traffic. Yes that pissed me off and I did what I had to do to make it back to what matters the most. Yes, this job is stressful but I don’t just go around doing things for no reason. I’m not innocent but I’m not a devil.

 

There’s not too much more to the story. I went into the office and he pulled it up. He said I missed logging a pretrip on the 5th and I was in the red on the 18th and that did me in. Not saying that was my first time something like this happened but it didnt happen often enough to let me go because I’m always with a student and can run their clock.
