    If anyone that reads this wants to come to ATS, there are a few things you should know.

    This is not a blueprint or a guarantee of success. This is just my story.

    I am a class 1a driver with every certification ats offers. I can pull anything on the specialized side. This isn't a brag. This is to say my opportunities for high paying freight are higher than a new person. I have also put in the time and built the personal relationships in the company that are important.

    I'm not trying to discourage anyone, just come into it with your eyes open and your expectations reasonable.

    The whole point of this is to show people there are good lease deals that pay more than $1.00 per mile + fsc.

    You have to be honest to yourself and know what your goals are. If you want to own a truck ats does have a lease purchase program for that. Personally, if truck ownership is your goal I believe there are better ways. If your goal is to make money and have control over home time and where you go and what you pull it's a good program.

    I’ve been an owner operator since 2004. Lol ! You’re mad that I comment in the Mercer thread ? Defensive much ? I don’t talk about your crap rates or your junk equipment, driver , I never ‘ failed ‘ at being an owner operator . You’re just another hand who thinks he’s a star . It’s ok lol ! I’m with an LTL , home every night , in hotels on layovers , excellent income with a beautiful wife of 22 years . Learn to not let the world know your business , son

    Mine isn't a blue print for success either. I have a used Cascadia with a company van.

    That's why I encourage everyone to go to Schneider or ATS or Mercer, cause I don't wanna compete with you.
