Good luck femalecdla. l have run under my own authority. l ran 3 tractors, 2 flatbeds and one truck hauling containers ( which eventually, l sold to the driver).. Billing and collection was a time consuming headache. Plus some companies take 90 days to pay. l found l could have a better life with one truck, drive it myself and let the company handle billing collection dispatch etc. l really enjoyed being on the road in my own truck. Owning a fleet of headaches was not for me. To each their own.
