    Nothing ... your a lease op meaning you have less rights than employees. Get out of there and learn business first then do the hard work to become a business person not a sharecropper.

    So you're trying to say that they're targeting you for "random" drug screenings, but you think it is a pretext for unlawful discrimination? Look at your CCF form from the drug screening and see which boxes are checked. If it is indeed random, then the company's consortium probably did random you. If it's anything but a DOT test , you're onto something bigger.

    Oftentimes, when a company fails to follow their written policies and procedures, it wreaks of discrimination. If you're in a contract, it's probably a breach of that contract. This probably isn't as difficult to pinpoint as you think, but it requires an attorney to look at your personnel files. Don't put anything in writing to the employer until you talk to a lawyer.
