That's bull cause I seen them on the highway going up to each truck and and slow down when passing looking for there carb complaint sticker. So some may get away with it but they will catch eventuallyLandslideRich Thanks this.

What's this carb compliant sticker you speak of?

They check for that Clean Idle sticker on your truck at Port Of Entry. I have not had them check my reefer, but I heard its a pretty big fine if they do decide to check and you're not compliant.

Its the Certified Clean Idle sticker with the silhouette of the state of California on it. -

I figured that's what he was talking about but as stated it pertains to "idle" it has nothing to do with driving down the road. I more so posed the question because I doubt he see them doing what he thinks they are but to each his own whatever. Carb isn't law enforcement......they can't initiate a traffic stop and many trucks that are compliant don't have that ghey sticker, so it really doesn't mean squat.
