Lease trainer?

Doesn't matter what division. They are owned by the same people. You will be screwed by this company. If its sounds to good to be true, it usually is. The training gimmick these companies is a waste, especially for somewhere like CRST. Id say if you want to train..... Go to Prime. They actually train for longer periods per student so you can actually make money and actually do proper training.

CRST driver student training is based partly on mileage and hours. Id bet its close to 4 weeks through 6 weeks. Thats pretty much all the time you have with that student. Pathetic. You dont have time for much training. Its dangerous. You'd have to make a choice.. Train or Make money. If you train, you sacrificed miles and sleep. If you make money, you sacrifice your life (Them being untrained) and damage to your truck (Down time=loss of revenue).

You would actually make More money being with someone experienced. Better consistency and safer. Remember, you will hardly make any money the 1st week or so because people coming right out of school dont know anything
