    Yeah until they screw up.

FedEx screwed up my quarterlies for over two years, I got screwed by paying back the differences between the reported and the actual taxes due, with penalties. That was a bunch of money I didn't want to give to the states.

    JimmyWells and Driver0000 Thank this.

If you turn in your fuel slips they get what they need.

I have my own tag and IFTA and my carrier still does the quarterly IFTA reports and pays them. Its part of our agreement.

I take the electronic fuel receipts and email them to him at the end of each week. My GPS keeps track of miles traveled in each state. I send him that data as well.

If he would break down the fuel discount and pass it along then I wouldnt mind using his fuel card. He doesnt,.. told me if I wanted the discount to get my own card. So I did.

No, I do my own IFTA reporting and don't send fuel receipts.

The more self sufficient I am the better I like it. I do my own ifta, and fuel card. The plates are mine also.

To the op check into fuel cards. Their are several Nastc woeks good for me, I have plenty of network stops in my region of operation.

    Driver0000 Thanks this.

I'm leased on and that's it. The only benefit is I run under their insurance and they have work for me.

The cons are that they don't have a clear cut transparent pay structure, their dispatch is a woman who barely gets the job done, and the woman who does the settlements is either very bad at math or crooked as a politician.

Two weeks in and no pay yet. I hope I don't lose my hat.
