I own a small fleet and i'm looking at leasing on an owner op right now.

Im struggling to find a generic lease agreement that fits the scenario.
    - He owns his truck/trailer
    - He runs under my authority
    - I supply the insurance
    - I supply the plates
    - He runs for my customers for a percentage

The general FMCSA agreement isnt much help

Does anyone have a lead on a agreement I can tweak to fit my needs?
Ill gladly pay for it - id rather pay you some beer money VS paying my attorney to draft one from scratch.

Google or the search bar wasnt much help...

    Thanks in advance

I can send what I use. Pm me your email. I would just replace info with your company and add your specifics

Even if you come up with a "beer money" version that you like, not running it by your attorney could/would be a BIG mistake IMO.
If you have a good draft, it wouldn't necessarily be starting from scratch.

Whatever I end up finding will definitely go reviewed by my attorney.

    Don't be a cheap owner.

You need to have a lawyer write one up.

It has to be crafted for your business structure.

To use a generic or someone's contract is ... stupid, it opens the door for a lot of problems if there is a court case.

You can afford the $2000 if you have a fleet.

$2000 is a lot of money for beer.

    That's about a weekend worth

That’s what a good lawyer cost to do this, they would look at the business and research a bit to craft a contract that will protect both parties involved.
