I own my own trucks and trailers. I am about to lease on with Bridger in West Texas hauling crude. I see good and bad post on here. Can anyone tell me what a truck averages a week there. Is there plenty work etc etc.

How many trucks and trailers do you have?
I have not read great things about them. -

Yeah a lot of bridger drivers tell me they can change the terms of the contract pretty well whenever they want.
They did good when it was southern energy. But with bridger it gets worse and worse.
Most of the Houston OOs ended up going to west Texas or getting out. Many got their trucks repoed. -

Everything out of a Bridger recruiters mouth are lies

Change the terms of the contract. Are you kidding me. The only ones changing the terms of the contract are the criminals running the company. The drivers at Bridger are not changing ####. And can't. Bridgers theory is to get you sucked in and owing them money. And they think and know the majority of the drivers won't leave and they will just continue to struggle and listen to the lies from the AOM'S and Dan Smith and Julio.
Change the terms of the contract. That's funny #### and if you believe that then your just the type of driver Bridger wsnts.igtdwn Thanks this. -
When I said "they" can change the terms of the contract I meant "they" as in Bridger, not the drivers.
Guess I thought it was obvious what I meant.
I recall a conversation I had with a Bridger OO that told me they'd ( and by they'd I mean Bridger) had changed his contract several times and he was fed up and leaving Bridger, but had to pay a lot of $ to get out.
