Leasing to Con-way?

Hello everyone! I am part of a family business which has run and been into trucking industry for 6 year already, we buy trucks and lease them to different companies across the U.S. Now I and my partner will invest in our first 2 or 3 trucks, Con-way seems to be good opportunity and before making any decision I highly appreciate your inputs in all matters that an owner should be concerned about. We are planning to have our fleet running under team driver’s scheme and as owners we will no be operators.

Are there any hidden fees to take into account? Which area of the country would represent better deal in terms of driving, weather, amount of miles?
