Finished last week with less than 2k , when I dropped on monday I was dh to El Paso, helped a guy strap and tarp in the wind waiting for my load which made it around 9ish lol. I am actually looking forward to a good week if I get any kind of weekend load at all it will be the best week this year after I unload all this wood trim tommorrow and friday morning ( 3 stopper ). fingers and toes crossed !!!

It went to Indianapolis,Bristol( elkhart ), and Detroit and its over. Stuff from the first drop was on the front and stuff from the last drop was on the top so needless to say it was a long 3 stopper, I am sure you have done a million of them , 30 minutes after I was unloaded I got a sweet load out of grand rapids and I am halfway to Alabama now to drop it. Pretty happy with this week. Spring is almost here and that will be nice. There was a bad accident on the I-65 so I shut down a little early today to avoid the delay on my hours . Everything is still crossed to finish this week well.

Are you talking about the accident in KY? Noggin it sounds like your getting to the el paso terminal like I get to the sunnyvale terminal. Been there ever week since orientation.

yep. It was a big deal , I left this morning around 7 am and justt north of nashville another truck had tipped over northbound in the center median , there was some ice on the road but it was in the low 30's so not a real hard freeze and not a big factor. A pickup and small trailer were also involved and they shut down the interstate northbound again.

Hey AZcannon, my son-in-law asked me about Melton and I don't know anything about it but he has a buddy who told him about the company so I started reading some of these threads to get some information. Looks like Melton is a decent flatbedding company (it's what he wants to do at this point) but I have a question after checking this thread. I see you mentioned a cholesterol test. Melton actually takes your blood?
