    I still like melton. There are lots of ups and downs,I have am 2 weeks shy of a year here and would do it again if I had to. They transition has been tough but worth it. Melton is a good company with more than enough b.s. to deal with-same as most companies. Lately they annoying thing is there pressure we get to not screw up and make the csa score worse. Melton wanted more drivers, scraped The bottom of this barrel to find them,then got their csa score trashed by them. Solution is to brow beat all these drivers equally even the ones who haven't had any issues. It isn't unbearable but makes you wish they could take some responsibility instead of blaming all the drivers. Oh well ,"that's trucking"
    Loads and miles never make sense ,best thing you can do is smash your brain with a stick to get to the same level as the dispatchers and load planners. Then it makes sense!

    Melton got exactly what they deserved...they want cheap labor, then pay the price...this is why i turned melton down..i saw the writing on the wall...its quite obvious who gets the miles too..the lower paid students do...melton has become another training wheels outfit.
