Legal to pull a tanker with no tanker endorsement?

    If he qualified as agricultural exempt, he wouldn’t even need a CDL to pull that, never mind a tanker endorsement.
    That said, for Pete’s sake, get the tanker endorsement!

    Ag exemption does not qualify here. That’s only for a farm truck doing the farms work operated by a farm employee. The question was not about getting the tank endorsement or not but how a local but fairly good sized co op was trying to get an employee to do something that was not legal. It’s a mute point though. They started getting petty after he pushed back about it and has since gone back to open deck wirk
