    If the truck is old enough,register as historic,collectors insurance,put that little "not for hire" label on the fender and your in.As far as electrics go, can't help,I'm a diesel man,myself.

    I think it's safe to assume that a side benefit of hydraulic hybrid tech is a large generation of BS.

    The only way to see a significant increase in fuel economy with hybrids requires a lot of start/stop operation to recapture braking energy. Or very rolling terrain where recapture would replace the jake. Out on the highway, hydrids are just low powered vehicles.

    Hmmm take a international lone star, extend the hood. Put a Herman Nelson generator in there to turn the tranny. Then a Chevy v8 to power and charge the generator. Now you got a real train truck. Looooooong asp hood though. Lol
