My post was Sat saying we'd be 3k deaths Tues or Wed.. be we actually hit 3k deaths in 2 days from that post on Monday..

Today
164,665 cases 3,177 deaths..

It's early though we've been adding 15-18k new cases a day for the last 3 days and around 500 deaths. So we will probably end the day around 3,7k deaths and 180-190k cases..

Still no big deal guys?

 

Here in FL the local paper said we are doubling our number of infected every 3 days.

 

They should get hazardous duty pay.

 

That’s a good idea. They deal with more out of state traffic than any other store in their town

New cases are starting to flatten off at around 18k a day presumably they will start to drop soon. That’s a good sign.

 

you have to remember that is people who've been tested. Not all cases. So while the number of reported cases is flattening. We don't know exactly how much is from the social distancing, and how much is from only so many getting tested.

 

Had a great experience today driving through a small town in Oklahoma, An elderly lady was standing and waiving a sign "Thank you truckers!!!" Made me feel great!!
