Can I ask what company put you in a safety supervisor position after just 4 years?
No slight intended but imho that minimal experience puts you on the experienced driver plateau.
I have 47 years of accident free professional tractor trailer operation, and hope to make 50, and I don't think I am qualified to post up in this forum as such.

Once again good luck w the changes that need to be made to ensure successful operation of your company going forward. I've been hauling hazmat exclusively the past 11 years and we've had to reduce the criteria, (experience) to hire new drivers and it is a 50% proposition at best, on successfully retaining them.Alpha Bandit Thanks this. -
