Level II, driver issued warning for ELD/AOBRD "not registered with FMCSA"

    Should being the key word here.

    The driver is properly trained, his ELD User's Manual was presented to the officer and his logs were up to date.

    I'm still waiting to hear an update from Safety on this. Who knows, maybe the driver told the officer to go f-himself and that's why he got the warning.

    Hope it works out for you.

    One thing I learned when working in compliance was that some of our drivers were giving the power plug to the ecm port the old left hand turn, if you know what I mean.
