No. He's with a trainer now. Still waiting for my trainer assignment. Need to get on the road. I'm running low on dollars.

Yeah I am out on the road with a trainer. I am doing everything great except backing. That split axle makes backing really hard. We did a little practice tonight in the truckstop.

Well.... still waiting... talked to the guy I went to school with, he got with his trainer today. Called in to my fm today to hopefully get an update and to ask a question, but forgot that it is Sunday... did some work inside the house, started planning what I will do tomorrow since I can only assume that I'll be waiting some more. Was going to hang and run wire to some outdoor speakers, and give the cars a post winter wash. Checked the weather. Rain all day tomorrow... fml. Hopefully tomorrow I'll at least be given a time frame. I can't afford to wait much longer.

Private message me your name. I'll call and see at the hold up is.
gingersquatch Thanks this. -
I waited 6 days in the hotel for my trainer, I HOPE they don't have you waiting that long.

I'm at 9 days since graduating rdtc and 7 days since completing securement training. 5 days after I told them i can and want to get on the road. (Told them this time frame on hire day)I've been singing the praises of roehl since I started and haven't been properly annoyed with anything until this. If I can't get a general time frame tomorrow, I will start putting in applications elsewhere.

Hey, just settle down and don't make a rash decision based out of emotion. I know it has been a week but I am sure they are trying to get you a trainer. They had a hard time finding someone for me. I had to take a train, hotel and really expensive cab to make it to my trainer. They paid a lot of money to make it happen. They will get you out there as soon as they can I am sure. Just be a little more patient. Maybe Plenz can help you out.

I hope Plenz can help me out and I hope when I call tomorrow they will tell me that they have someone lined up for me and will be by in the next couple days, or that I'm taking a bus to the Akron drop yard, or to Gary, or Ellenwood, or where ever. I want to work for Roehl since they have treated me and everyone around me very well since I started the training process, but the bottom line is I've been a month without a paycheck, and I need to be bringing money home. I understand anywhere else and I may be waiting even longer. If that's the case, I'll stick it out with Roehl, but there a few local companies I've had my eye on when I started this journey and may see what they have to say.
