This where I'll post information, and journal my experiences with this company. As a company driver.

So let's start of with the basic info.

They are based out of Terrell, TX.

Company starts off at .47cpm and O/O starts off at 1.40cpm+fsm. Have the option of getting paid twice a week, if you turn in the paperwork everyday. Free $10,000 life, good rates for health, and even have discounted prices on aflac.
Extremely pet friendly, even have dog kennels and a dog wash, $250 animal deposit that you pay for truck your in you can have up to 4 animals. Free rider policy. They even reimburse you for parking, if you have to reserve parking, to be legal. They have Qualcomm, eld compliant. They do have forward and driver facing cameras. Now, u can turn off the driver camera, when not moving, and it can be a good thing if you are doing the right things too. This is a Refer, company, they pay for washouts, and 1 truck wash a month. 99.9% touch free freight, unless a situation arises, u might have to do a little touching, but most of the time, no touch, and they pay for the lumpers. U will have to call for more if the lumper is more than 150. Trucks governed at 65mph, thrermoking apu, refrigerator, and all freightliner trucks. They own the truck and trailers out right, and virgin tires all around.

If you do your job as a driver, they leave you alone, no harassing phone calls. Plus, is very easy to make $1,200+ a week with this company.

I almost forgot, if you arrive early, or close by to the stop or consigned by 24hrs, you get $100.

    Also, W4 company, not a 1099.

Plus if you see the mr helwig and or his son, which is the vp, around you can shoot the edit with them. They have the understanding that us drivers keep the money rolling in, and if it wasn't for us they wouldn't be doing this.

Well, Mr. Helwig is a former boxer, was in the top 50, and even went toe to toe with Frazier at one point.

Mr Helwig and his son are very down to earth people, not like some people in this industry.

Plus as a hole they run u as hard as u want. O almost forgot, when starting here, min 3 weeks out, after that as long as u have days saved up, 2 weeks. But its 3 weeks out 3 days off.

Mr Helwig and his son, are looking at getting a lease perchance up and going, like I've said they are looking at it.

I've been told, that there is a 6 month feeler period, dont really know about it for that long, but I can see it.

Heck, I had a stop, consignee load, I had to sleep at the consignee then wake up, so they can unload me, went back to bed, and picked up the load I'm now on. They can run u ragged, if you want to run that tight, with stops included.

It's going fine, just running hard and trying to make everyone happy while being legal and not bending over.

Just had a security guard pretty much roll her eyes at me, but she doesn't know what we have to go threw, after running around 10.5hr to make the load early, 1.5hr Lee way, 2hrs total if you include the 30min federally mandated break. Load was late due to an issue with the trailer while running that 10.5hrs, had to get it fixed, reason why the load was late, coolant issues. But before that, had an overage to deal with, a full pallet, before I picked up the trailer issue load. Then also had a preplanned load, appointment at 0600, delivery, pick up at 1200, over 100 miles away, yep. Then, I dont know if they were open today due to the holiday, but the place doesn't even work on the weekends.

Just a little headache, for right now, but I know it will smooth out.

Facepalming myself with the planners right now.

O for those that want to know, I am a us army veteran, I entered in 2007 got out in 2013, finished a afgan tour in 2013. And for the youngins, if you are confused with the Nomadic part, look up the definition of nomad. Then think about Over the Road.

I live in Mesquite, driving for J Rayl for the last four months (after 20 years of bus driving). I see on the website that they want at least a year of truck driving experience, so I guess I’ll keep them in mind down the road.
