I've got 3 cameras in my truck but facing out and recording the four wheelers. There's a bunch of guys on youtube that have done that from different companies, even in different countries. I just don't find it really useful, or at least don't think it would be.
I've got freight to deliver instead of sitting there and watching another driver... 😉

Not to mention, editing is a royal PITA. And takes time to do decently. Time you can be, you know, driving?

    BlackLions and azcardnlz Thank this.

Who's going to be at MATS ?

At least two of us, ACT drivers, are going to be there for couple days.

I was going to go, but I hate to take time off this close to the end of the quarter. Especially since my fuel mileage has gone into the toilet. Any time off I take has to be spent figuring out what's wrong.

My fuel in the toilet to i pulled 445oo up 35 out of oklahoma i arrived in Kansas yard 8.1. I left kansas yard with 28,000 went to Chicago 6.5 . When i left Oklahoma the weather was 76 . When i left Kansas to chicago weather was 36 raining some wind. Its crazy i was on the same tank of fuel i had when i was in Oklahoma . I guess heavy rain and wind plus temp had that much effect doesnt seem right tho.

So next time i have good weather im pulling the air filter and see how dirty it is. This filter only been in since August 2012. I will say 1 thing when this filter was put in August my mpg went thru the roof it was more consistant and high 8

Rain/wind kill the mpg's... As far as the filter, Fleet Air finally made the filter for the T660. Paccar was holding onto the rights and no one was able to make/sell a aftermarket filter. They will have them at MATS and will be shipping within 30-45 days.

I expect to lose half a mile per gallon in winter. I can accept losing a full mile, but I am down almost two with my Paccar.

I left ACT approx 60 days ago, (family crisis)but I helped recruit this driver shortly before.. This PM is approximately 4 weeks old..maybe a driver at ACT can help..thanks

    TTR screen name is Blechko

Hey Jeff, I'm looking for some help. My hubby, Blaine Lechko truck 6134, works for ACT. He just finished his training about a week and a half ago. He started out with a load on Thursday and ACT was contacted to come and get his truck by the Platte County police. It was abandoned on the side of the road or at the scales. They towed it back to the yard. I have back tracked and found out that he was taken in on an outstanding warrent for over weight at scales from 2004. He paid his bond at Atchison, Kansas yesterday morning and left. I have not heard from him since Thursday. I am assuming he is trying to make his way back to Liberty and his truck to get his belongings. I am very worried and afraid he may be hurt somewhere. If you can spread the word, I need to hear from him. He can call me at (deleted phone number). Please help me find him. I don't know what to do. Let me know if you have seen him or heard of him. I'm assuming he is in the Kansas City area, trying to make it back to Liberty. Keep an eye out for him, please.
