Based on verifiable experience. The range is. 35-42
I know what mine is but I keep it to myself simply because the pay isn't why I work here. I still find it odd people can judge a carrier just based off what they heard ..

I am happy for you,
enjoy your success !! -
The pay is different like anj8488 said, based on experience, and location. On top of the pay being cool, I just got a newsletter in the mail this weekend saying they are increasing the pay in a few weeks.

If I went there with 3 years experience,
and wanted S.E. regional,
what is the rate per mile ?
Is that hub miles or ?
How much of that is per diem, and is that an option, or mandatory ?
How much pay do they hold back, if any ? -
I don't drive that area so I am not quite sure. I know for me my starting pay is good. And is also, my business. But I've talked to other drivers who work here too and they seem to be satisfied. But even if I did work in that region if you started now or in the future the pay wouldn't be the same as when I started because they are doing pay increases. But even if LinkAmerica doesn't pay the highest out of all the trucking companies, most of us end up with good checks because we run alot. I know in the past Ive worked for companies who may pay a little higher BUT they have no miles.
