    well ... today is my first long wait for a load ..... I'm in Decatur Indiana ..... delivered load this morning ..... I was given a relay load to Toronto but turned it down due to I had not had a 24 hour stretch off duty/sleeper in the last 2 weeks as required by Canada ...... so I've been here at Walmart all afternoon and was just told I won't get a load until tomorrow .... it least it's sunday and fottball is on ..... I have 5 days off starting next thursday so I figure I'l be getting short loads with alot of waiting ..... hope y'all are doing well ....

    I was not aware that they offered training to get your cdl. Only after you have it. Do they offer training to get your CDL?

    Jim yes they do ...... well I just got a load (to my surprise) I pick up tomorrow morning a Lowe's load going to Fla .... total miles 1211

    grc56_tn how does there training work if I already have a cdl. Also whats there running lanes mostly?? Do you all go west? What fuel stops do they use?? I live in mississippi.

    Roehl has a lot of freight around the Chicago area. Major running areas are the midwest and northeast. I don't hear about a whole lot of running across the south. Most of the stuff down there that I know about is to the midwest and back. Notice where grc has been lately. Minnesota. Ontario. Indiana. Etc. And then finally back to the South. That seems pretty typical to me. Not a lot of west coast freight. I've done it, but not often.

    most of my runs are usually Ga, Al, Tx, Tn, In, and Ky. This set of loads is an exception to where I have normally run. My home is in Tn tho. I already had my CDL so I only went thru Roehl's orentation and Evo phases.
