I would go see a good chiropractor to straighten things out. -
someone was definitely looking out for wife and I. Officer said we are very lucky. Other driver received 3 tickets and has to pay to have guardrail replaced. Road is a 2 lane county highway (hwy 104 for those familiar with southern ohio) Trouble is I want to get back out on the road now .... lol .... really need the money

I know my policies pay that if I am at fault. It might not be much, but their insured was at fault and 'affected' your life and your entitled to be made 'whole' by that. I'm not talking about some lawsuit...but lost wages and medical bills, perhaps even some pain and suffering.
Some companies will settle as long as you promise not to SUE later on.
When my wife got rear-ended (not by me sadly.. but thats another story)...the insured was with progressive. I took her to my ER and the bill was $1100. Progressive came to the home. Offered to give me the cost of the ER bill plus $3k as long as I didnt sue. Since we were both ok and the ER check up was clear, I accepted it knowing I waived my right to sue later on. It was a good gamble.... -

I live in Piketon. The accident happened on hwy 104 just south of lake white. I had been assigned a nice run 205 mt and 989 loaded but they took me off of it cause of this.

I was injured in a MVA back in '81. My insurance company paid for the lost wages as Florida was a "no fault" state.
I signed with an attorney before reading a book called "How To Win Your Personal Injury Suit." It tells all the games lawyers (yours and theirs) play. How to calculate the worth of your case etc.
Especially when Roehl puts this down as a preventable and terminate you..........
