Liftgate battery - how to find out correct size

    I have had my liftgate auxiliary battery stolen overnight and I need to replace it now. However, I do not know what size to buy and couldn't find the specs online! It's a waltco liftgate model 396r. Pls help!

    Did you find out what battery to buy? If not you can get a group 31 battery with stud or post. Could be 750 cca. Should have a cable from truck batteries to charge the battery.

    You can measure the spot where it goes and find a battery that's the same size

    I would think that it should be a deep cycle for that application too
