I see guys in Alaska and Canada using these and thought about buying a pair. The only USA dealer I could find is in Idaho, and they haven't been answering their phone in the last several days, hence the post. Tell me all about them. Models, cost, brightness, etc...

I don't own any of these but I saw a video comparison and I was impressed. The prices do not look bad either. I have some Maxxima LED work lights that are very good too.

I've used LightForce but went back to the old 100 and 150 watt Aircraft Landing lights.

    lightforce 240's on my jeep.

bright, adjustable beams, will not break from stones flung from the road, different lens covers for different conditions.

the best light you can buy.

you can also get them in HID, but the extra distance they give you arent worth the 3x the price unless youre driving 200mph. At 65mph, the nonHIDs give you almost moar light than you need.

adding 170s to the sides next month for fogs.

aircraft landing lights need 24-36v to operate...the bulbs are only good for 100 hrs....

lightforce bulbs last 2000hrs, only need 12v and are 1,000,000 cp vs 750,000 cp for aircraft landing lights.

Lightforce are ok but, they are not legal and because they have the ability to change their pattern from pencil to wide they dont do either well. PIAA make many legal set-ups, with rock guards that will out perform any Lightforce or Roo product time and again, and you will never have to worry about the scale guys telling you to cover them. As a guy who knows both products extremely well, my money will always go to a product which has been desinged to do a very specific job , and do it better than anyone else, rather than one which is made to do many. If you want to get real crazy they also have a series of full Baha tested HID light cannons, that will make the night disappear as well as most of your kids education/your retirement money!!!
