    Am I able to put led lights along side of my trailer for better visibility at night? If so can they only be yellow and red, what is the law on that?

    They can only be amber except for one at the rear of the trailer.

    ETA: Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 108 is what regulates this.
