You got to watch out for the ones who ride your side,then right before the stop sign,they will cut in front and stop.
Then claim they were stopped at the sign,and you rear ended them.
But yes get a cam,and protect yourself.

 

If you see a vehicle driving dangerously call the police. I suggest you call the non-emergency phone number unless it REALLY is an emergency. If the cops get enough phone calls about the same vehicle they MIGHT respond. It's not a high-priority for them.

I think the operator of this vehicle may be impaired in some form. It is my opinion that the vehicle is being operated dangerously, the driver seem unable to properly control the vehicle. The driver is unable to maintain a constant speed, often applying the brakes at inappropriate times as well as wandering across lanes.

 

You should report them.
Without a dash cam or any other witness nothing will immediately come from it. But, it will then be on record, and may help someone else that has issues later on.
