lol theres another owner operator besides me and when we saw that on the slide show we look at each other like the guy was from another planet, I get the 15 over the speed limit will get you in trouble but that's something I will talk to my terminal manager about that.

Just drive as YOU feel / see safe and fit. I'm not an O/O but pretty close...i've got my *our* Pete under the bossman's everything atm, but pulling tanks....I keep her down. Maybe its just me...and @Cheezy_smile <<(he's an O/O tanker guy, too!)

Best of luck on your venture; be safe, bro!

I keep her down too, especially where are hills and curves. If I am running flat lands I keep her around speed limit. But if I see prime, swift or Schneider ( sorry 19d lol) I punch it just to pass them

So I spoke to the manager of the terminals I'm going to be working with the rule is 5 over the speed limit you are ok anything after that is when it counts and it's during your work day if you work 10 hours you can be speeding 45 minutes and you will still be on the clear

How do they know what the speed limit is when the NJTPK has variable speeds?

Supposedly they use a app that's update the max speed limit based on location, I'm going to put it to the test and let you know as soon as I test it

I wouldn't put it to the test there boss. I've been emailed by my terminal manager on a Sunday because of it lmao.

Louisiana has some rural roads specially chemical plants. They pinged me and I couldn't believe my terminal manger responded lol
