For those of us that stay on one channel 24 hours a day that's a great system it doesn't suck too much amperage. For most ham guys it would be totally useless though although if they got an opportunity to hear it over the airwaves on am I'm sure they'd be quite impressedbored silly Thanks this. -

Truck drivers have lots of options if they want a ham ticket.
The Henry ss-750 is no longer manufactured and I'm not sure what a decent all band all mode amplifier would cost for a mobile but I'm sure it would be really expensive to have one custom built.
This one is half the output power and it's still $1,000.
