Try IWX motor freight they used have loads that ran between Springfield and Kingman, I believe they used to break them on the west side of Texas.... They also used to use teams on them as well,

 

I’m a city LTL driver but we got guys that have dedicated runs to Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus, Baton Rouge.

They work night shift but seem to like it. Once they get those dedicated runs they never want to give them up. Few months back when I came back from Vacation I was asked to run dedicated for a week to Ft Worth because the guy that did it had a family emergency. It turned into 2 weeks, but it was cool. Easy as can be. They just drive really, drop and hook mostly. And they like to make fun of how hard us city drivers have to work compared with them. But I’ve noticed most of them are fat. And I mean obese kind of fat. So the 15 to 20
stops a day I do and the fright I get off keeps me in shape. Most of our linehaul guys look like 5 minutes of work would cause them to pass out.
