Here is a list of parts to get from swift that my mentor said to get are there any others. 2 wiperblades. 6 gladhand rubbers. 2 headlights. 2 trailer taillights. 2 trailer sidelights (of each color). 1 gallon oil. 1 gallon coolant. 3 gallons windshield wiper fluid. Misc fuses. Is there anything else that might be helpful that swift provides or at least I can ask for?

As far as what you can reasonably expect the company to provide, oil for your hub seals.

I would add Mudflaps, one for tractor and one for trailer. They are reversible for each side. You can tuck them behind your spare tire. Also some bolts that hold them on, the old ones may be bad or missing. Most of the time you can just repair your old ones if they get ripped off, but I have went to pick up a trailer with one missing so you never know. A serpentine belt could be good to have along.Rug_Trucker Thanks this. -
Never hurts to have spare airlines and an extra pigtail. You never know when you might forget, admit it it happens, to undo them before pulling away from a trailer. Also duct tape and electrical tape.

Also a couple spare antennas. Nothing worse than driving without tunes. -
Wire connector kit and wire. Of course company won't provide it.
Get some gallon oil jugs and keep oil. Also antifreze jugs.
