    I know I'm new here and know how sweet you all are. I am desperately trying to get a little puppy from Little Rock to Tampa. Yep, I tried the airlines and they have embargos. No flights for pets.
    At my wits end trying tp get this pup here.:disgust:
    Any help or information greatly appreciated!!

    Puppymomma, If I may be so blunt; What is wrong with the animal? Could you not get a vet. cert.?

    I ask these questions because my wife and I breed Jack Russell terriers and use the airlines to ship our pups on occassion. Yes the rules are a bit tedious, and yes the airfare is a bit pricy(costs us about $200 to ship a pup from Memphis airport to most major US airports...plus the cost of an airline approved crate), but it can be easily done. As for my credibility; you can go to the website in my profile and see our dogs and breeding program.

    If you would like advice or help on how to ship a puppy via the airlines, contact me or reply here and I would be glad to help. In my honest opinion, it seems that either the puppy is not healthy and can't be certified for flight or you are just trying to play on someone's ignorance for a free ride.

    Quite the contrary. This puppy is in superb health. She has a health certificate and very eligible to fly. For the past three day's I have been trying airlines that service this route...
    D elta airlines.....The temperatures have been the issue. They will NOT send an animal if any of the connecting cities are above 85. Either Atl or Tpa has exceeded this.
    Then Continental Airlines... No flights available.!
    If you can find a flight from Little Rock to Tampa...safely...within reasonable cost......I'll kiss your feet!
    I also breed poodles and have shipped many times.
