Just graduated from Trucking school and got to an accident recently.
I call the company and accept the job , should be orientation next month, but on the phone I did mention about the accident, which it’s 100% not my fault, but the company still want me to prove it not my fault, I call the officer and she said there is no police report, and told me to call geico and ask them for liability accept from other driver fault (which this is her insurance), but geico keep send me around and end up with nothing , so now I have no idea how to prove it, should I never mention about this accident in the future to another company ? Or try hard to prove it ? I know my English maybe make you all confuse and sorry about it , thank you so much.
Little stress and need advice

Usually when tickets are issued, theres an accident report. Actually it’s the other way around. Tickets are a result of the accident report.
