A question someone could help me with would be greatly appreciated. Just suppose your MVR didnt look so good for a 5 yr report it would say somethin like . 2 accidents one in 4/2010 (hit low underpass, unmarked and i was lost right at sunset on a 2 lane rd) and one in 12/2010 (rear ended a kia in construction traffic). 2 tickets 8/2008 10/2008 both speeding less than 5 miles over, 1 ticket 5/11 making a right on red. Now 2 things seem to be happening here, thats way to much sh#t or the economy sucks and no one wants to hire either way I have a plan. For some reason the 4/2010 scene was for some reason never put on my mvr and the company never dealt with dac or psp or any other reporting service. Question is would or could it be possible to forget that 2 1/2 yrs of my life (for a good reason course) im thinkin it might get me hired.![]()

I'm not telling you to lie, but if its not on your MVR it didnt happen. not being judgemental but with all those accidents/tickets, you might want to reevaluate if drivng 80k of steel is for you.
Think about this. If you were in charge of hiring would you put yourself behind the wheel of a 100k rig + customer freight?RoughRoad, chalupa, TRKRSHONEY and 1 other person Thank this. -
Well being a Marine its not in my nature to give up in a stressful situation.Yes I might be there now but my license has been both good and questionable in the past .When u consider how many years of consistant driving a busy driver might do its amazing how many miles add up .However there is some of us that do more than hold a steering wheel. I have had over a dozen different trucking jobs in my short 19 yrs of service from gas hauler to pig pens to scaffolding to reefeer, dry van, delivery driver, ltl( oh i tired of that), specialized, and to much flat bedding then one should ever know. But my next employer will never know, that i just wonder if a 2 1/2 yr absense will be explainable . I thought maybe a stay at home dad would be acceptable. It works for women .....

thats what im saying just dont tell em bout that job. That was the only thing that I have on my record about them. The accident is not on my mvr .There is one thing though I got inspection done in Kansas and I had some write ups .But even if thats on my cvsa the name of the company is not on there, only the point deduction is on there.

I have had jobs before I said its time to move on and then I acted as if it never happened (hello unemployed) on to the next application.

If you get caught in that lie, it will bite you!
HwyPrsnr Thanks this. -
check your DAC before you submit an app

most companies only go back 3 years as it is. the state of alabama will ONLY give a 3 year mvr.if it is not on the mvr,no need to concern yourself.i posted a similiar, yet no accidents, thread yesterday in another section declaring that a speeding ticket was not listed and it was about 1.5 years ago.
basically, imo, the speeding ticket never happened because it is not on my mvr.you will figure it out as you are filling out the new app.can't be even a white lie if your mvr does not list it.almost as if it didn't happen-
