If you lease on, in most cases you use thier numbers. But that's all I know.

No you don't need your own numbers if you lease onto a carrier. How many carriers have you talked to? Maybe look for a carrier that has no company trucks to compete with for freight.

I would suggest, before calling recuriting of any company you lease with. Writing down the questions you want to ask. As a recruitor. There jobs are to sell you the position and entice you to want to lease to their company. Having your questions ready will help you keep focus.
As you see not a lot of people responded. Because this question is asked often. I would say three times a month on average. Some where on here is a list of compamy. I don't know where.
Browse around and see what companies have what your looking for. And maybe add a little bit of what your company is about. Do you want to self dispatch, are you freight particular. Where are you located. (Area not exact location)
Years driving. When the drivers here can help they will. Where you posted your question is just the tip of this forum. There are lots of good smart people and topics. Good luck hope this helps.
