I've found there's usually a correlation among these dirtball places that often becomes obvious after perusing their CSA/SMS data. When the gangster driver and equipment violations are as prevalent as the OOS ratio it's a huge red flag.

 

I wonder if the owner banks with Deutshce......

 

Yup, same thing happened to me over there, owner is scum and uses his Peon dispatcher JUSTIN to do all his dirty work, stealing from drivers , making up charges and deductions, cutting rate cons , the whole nine! Drivers get stuck in the middle of the best markets with no load because 95% of the brokers won't even touch the company due to poor safety score and non renewal of insurance that's expiring in a few weeks. Beware of this Company offering self dispatch because you won't be dispatching a thing because no brokers will touch you. Owner finds excuses to ghost employees as well as drivers when he can't pay up. This is the worst company to work for. Do not touch them with a 10 foot pole and don't listen to any BS that ####ty dispatcher Justin tries to give you. Owner is in debt up to his hairline with merchant cash advances and UCC leins filed on him and the company in Ohio & Illinois, don't take my word for it just go look it up yourself, MILAN LACKOVIC & LM EXPRESS PLUS LLC. Don't become there next victim! Also call around to different brokers and give them the MC# of the company and ask them will they do business with LM EXPRESS PLUS LLC. Everything will speak for itself!
