Greetings. I'm giving much thought to start driving for a living. I just put in a little over 35 years in at Chrysler and retired last month. My question is: Is there a unit something like a Lo Jack that can show a location (live) of a vehicle? I was thinking of getting one of these and laying it in the truck. That way if my wife, daughter, or son want to, while they are at home or at work they could go to the computer and see where I am. I also wanted to have it for when my wife and I go on vacation on our motorcycle. That way if the kids don't hear from us, they can find out where we are. Thanks.

There are several services that will track an active cell phone. Just get a cheap go phone, keep it plugged into a charger, and sign it up on a tracking service.
There are several services who will do this. You do have to be the owner of the cell phone account to do it. Someone was arrested a couple of years back for taping a cell phone under an ex-girlfriend's bumper and using it to stalk her. They caught him changing the battery. -
I think you answered your question. Lojack offers the service your looking for. They have other services like lojack. Some parents use them for keeping track of their teenage kids while using the family car. They have live services where you can go online and see almost exactly where they are at. Google car tracking services and you will find a ton of services. You will have to shop and choose whats best for you in services and price. Hope that helps.............
