    No, that is between you and the motor carrier. You lose your cdl to serious violations, like felony hit and run, using a cmv to commit a felony. Using a cmv for controlled substance is a lifetime disqualifier.

    AN employer can not deduct anything from your pay unless you are informed and agree at the time you are employed of any kind of deductions,,file a complaint with the labor board and file a small claims in your local court for any un authorized or agreed deduction,
