You don't carry any lumber? Strap some of that on top for a support surface for your tarps. At least that's what I'd do.

If you’re an owner op I think @TripleSix and @bad-luck hit the nail on the nail on the head for what I’d do if I were one as well.

Yep i agree with the tarp pay needing to be enough to buy new tarps. Id take one look at that crap and make a decision to negotiate the correct amount of tarp pay or not haul it. Are the tarps completely ripped apart ? Or just holes from the tubing ?

It would not have made a difference.
Many different length beams top and sideways burst through many different areas.

Should have been a conestoga load but broker was too cheap I guess.

Also the taking tarps on and off and/or not tarping and making it look like you did, is not only dishonest but just wait til u meet the 1 dick head that refuses the load because there is no tarp. Now ur on the hook for it . If u dont wanna throw tarps then go slam some doors or dont book tarp loads.

I’ve been meaning to ask; you’re a young guy like myself, so are you an owner op now or something? One post you had mentioned “running a business”, do tell any success stories for us “young guns” hahaha
