So how much does a citation for going over my HOS hurt my record? Had that hiccup when I first started

That’s never happening again at least, I always shut down early now, unless I can run out my clock and it’s 5 pm or so, so that I don’t have to fight to get a parking spot

 

Yeah u can make money running up and down i5 , with the right contacts. But as soon as u want out ive never been able to . Have to jump on a cheap eastbound load from cali, or just deahead and pick up something along the way . Atleast thats been my experience with flatbed. Can speak for van and reefer

 

I don’t see myself ever doing any other kind of trucking, I enjoy being a skateboarder lol it’s the only kind of skateboard I haven’t fallen off of *fingers crossed*

 

So what do you haul besides rock? Make decent money despite the west coast not being ideal for flatbed? Not trying to pry by asking for specifics on income lol just gotta start making some bank real quick after I switch to another company

 

I only been doing these rocks for like 2 months. Hauled everything that could be put on a flatbed . Whatever makes me the most money. Naturally thats alot of tarped ####. Since most guys dont like to tarp.

 

If I could ever be worth af at it I likely wouldn’t mind because it’s simple once something becomes muscle memory, like shooting firearms
