    Hey all I would really appreciate all the positive feedback if possible. Anyway I'll be moving to Vegas in about a weeks time. I've been job hunting like crazy to trucking companies that are located in Las Vegas, still waiting on calls from them. I would really like to know what local companies should I need to apply to that have great pay/benefits/work schedule (2 to 3 days off a week)? I don't want to make the move knowing I won't get a job. So that means I can't move then get interviews and finding out I'm not hired. I currently have a little over 2 years exp otr. No accidents, moving violations and safe driving record. Please help! Again please respond with positive feedback. Thanks guys!

    Knight is a bigger one here in Las Vegas. I originally went to work for them after that "short work week schedule". But I don't know if they still offer it or not... But call & talk with a Knight recruiter. (Pay was mediocre @ .38cpm

    If you have 2 years experience with a decent record you won't have any problems at all.

    My cousin Vito will hire you. You'll haul people out to the desert that don't pay their debts. Driver unload. Experience with a shovel a plus! :biggrin_2559:

    Looking on CareerBuilder there is about 87 jobs under transportation.

    I see Sysco, Reddaway, Ruan, team driver for Hobby Lobby, DS Waters (water route), plus your megacarriers.

    There is a bunch of shuttle drivers and limo driver postions. There is all your beverage distributors which is fun for a young person.

    Pan Western now called ETON is garbage they are the most unsafe company there is. Moe is a terrible owner, very cheap and cut throat. He will burn any and everyone.
